Add to that the fact that 9 out of 10 of these entitled moaners haven't been Patrons or part of the community around DC and the game ever, instead they're moaning about a game they get for free not being updated every other week like they'd want.

I think honestly that a big part of these whiners "calling DC out" is the simple fact that he makes a decent chunk of change from Patreon with this game. ICstor doesn't make as much, so doesn't trigger the gods of virtue

Oh yeah, ICstor is the MilfyCity dev. :O Yeah, shouldn't be problem for anyone to realize who's in the milking boat and who's not. Then again most of these whiners seriously seem like they're jealous 'cause they know for a fact that they cant ever make as much money as DC does, especially since they sound like they live on allowance paid by their parents

For your information: there *had* been driver related graphic bugs.
Because if more of that money was spent on highering more people, instead of padding DC's wallet, the game would get quicker updates, instead of being stuck on update 20.X for the last year and a half, when DC initially said 6-7 months.
Nothing, because someone who makes a "game" out of flipped DAZ Studio assets isn't worth the neurons need to think about them at all.

I've said this before to people like you: You don't have to play this game, or pay any attention to it at all. Nobody gives two shits about your opinions on game development, and I'm willing to bet you've never put in a single cent of your money to support DC or SS, so you can fuck right off and focus on more deserving titles by more deserving devs.

I'm happy when artists earn well from their work, especially an artist with a big family like DC. He's earned 520k between the last update and this one.
However, 7 months between releases is something i hope we don't see again, that turnover is ridiculous considering his size and resources.

In the end it seems like DC has decided that he wants to draw his own game (unless the perfect person comes around) and that's more or less what patrons can expect and that should be the baseline on which somebody pledges money. After all, that's the situation for more than 3 years by now and there's no real excuse to be surprised.
I mean, you wouldn't blame your favourite band or singer that they don't release 150 songs per year instead of 10 to 20 just because, just because they suddenly make millions instead of peanuts. People wouldn't expect them to hire other singers who may be able to sing and play like them, just to get more songs. The output of individual people simple doesn't scale like that, yet people demand it all the time, just because it's a game.
Sure, people can say that they won't give money to DC, which is a totally legit argument and I haven't see anybody who is saying otherwise. I stopped pledging a long time ago, too, but I don't really see the reason why he should change his ways just because there's more money in play.
