Yes but no. Yes, download the whole game again (as with every update since 0.01, they don't provide update-only files). No, you don't need to move your save around (possible jankyness the 1st time you load it, even more so if you skipped a bunch of updates)

"Sister" is gone for more than 4 years but the scene is still there. Guess you're not playing the same game as the rest of us

As mentioned, the scene itself is still there, it just got moved when they reworked her story and as such the context changed slightly.

The best way to get something in the OP is for you to "report" your own post and state in the reason area what you would like to see happen. such as "please include this Faq in the op" The mods will forward it to whomever is in charge of the thread and if they agree with you it will get posted, if they don't then it will not.

I foud the evidence in the mayor office and i gave them to Harold.
The walkthrough say that you need to speak with Tony and he gave MC the courage to vist the graveyard.
Nothing happen.
