Edit: Closing the game and reloading it seemed to have fixed the problem.

1) Key in the park does nothing for now.
2) Don't save when it prompts you to save, there's a known bug around it.
3) Don't go into the entrance of the aunts house (where the stairs are at) at night. (bug)
4) Cards for erik can be found in the basement under the fish tank. (also you can buy the 2 at the mall)
5) To get into to the shower wtih roxxy you need to raise your charisma (cheat mode does not give u stats anymore)
6) To do yoga go to gym in the evening (back room)

You need to go to the park at night and beat the minigame(or skip it) until your charisma is up to about half way or so, then talk to the chicks.

i have this golden key, but no idea for what it is...

At this point in the game it does nothing.
