Is there a way to remove text when it appears where it shouldn't? Ie: I've almost constantly got some of the flavour text about the "Old Book" just on my screen as well as anything else I'm doing. A lot of the time I've found you can sorta brute force these things to stop but I can't find one. Will be pretty annoying if I have to restart. xD

Okay, sorry for being silent for the past weeks, we've simply been trying to wrap up this update (which turned out to be quite big). Art side of things is wrapping up (2 tasks left which will be done this week) and writing is also about to wrap up. Posing is right behind us and will work with code to wrap up the loose ends. Bug fixing is always a toss up, could take a bit of time due to the size of the update, but they've also been fixing tons of issues with the flow already so it shouldn't be too bad.
I will also be catching up with all the dms/pms tomorrow for those wondering why I haven't replied yet!
Once the last art assets are done for 0.19, I will be resuming daily streams and begin work on the following content update (0.20).

0.18.6 w/incest and Lain works for me; as does 0.18.6 w/ incest and Tribute. Lain and Tribute don't play nice together, tho. Make sure you have the latest of everything.

It was text when you examine the book in your inventory, but ALWAYS on screen on top of all other content. I eventually managed to hold skip down through enough conversations that it disappeared.

Where do the kids sleep? there are no cribs in the house, no nurseries or kids' rooms, so does Diane just sleep on the couch her entire pregnancy?

Pregnancy has never been and never will be the focus of summertime saga, for diane, it's necessary to get her pregnant to finish her story, but for other characters it's just to cater to a fetish. It's not like that game (I think it's Haramase simulator or something) that has pregnancies as a core part of its story (and even then, it doesn't show the kids). On top of that, it's a porn game, and having kids in it is already riding the line, and we don't want to turn the game into a parenting simulator either. Daycare and forget is the best middle ground we could have. Sure we could add one dialogue like "How are the kids?" after the pregnancy is done, but that's about as far as it'll go, if we ever decide to do that.

Making sex scenes is what takes the longest, and pregnant sex scenes need to be unique, because you can't just slap a belly onto the sex animation and have it look good. Therefore there are no pregnant scenes yet, but it'll come in due time.

I figured, it just seems pretty odd to have it be piecemeal like this. Seems odd to add pregnancy while not really adding it. I understand Diane because of her story but not really Jenny, especially because she's not too keen on the idea. It probably would have been a better idea to roll it all out at once.

Just think about the workload on it though. You do that all at once, it's going to require its own unique update for EACH lady.

Better to have this sidestep then work the final touches of a pregnancy when it can all come than working on ALL the ladies at ONE time which would be even more hellish.

Bastet is the goddess of fertility, among others.
Dr. Priya deals with infertility treatment.
Miss Okita, while commenting on the magnitude of MC's incest, speaks of an above average MC libido.
Aqua wants a child from MC.
Diane wants a child.
In my opinion, this may be DC's way of introducing universal acceptance of women to the "harem" MC in the SS.

It should be noted that monogamy is a cultural concept. In cultures that allow polygamous relationships, women find it normal to be one of several wives or concubines.
To justify acceptance for MC's "harem", it is enough for DC to introduce some culture to the SS that accepted the fact that one man had several concubines.

I think that the pregnancies being treated as a fetish more than anything, stems from the fact that Diane's story line was the first pregnancy related story, and that culminated into what essentially amounts to Diane and the MC running Summerville Breeding and Dairy inc.

Now, while monogamy is strictly a cultural phenomenon, I find your characterization of "women find it normal to be one of several wives or concubines" more than a little problematic. Women in cultures that have been traditionally polygamous, are also, with the exception of some tribal cultures, living in highly patriarchal cultures where most often patriarchy stems from a bullshit religious tradition that automatically assumes women to be second class and essentially property of men. So a statement that "women find it normal to be one of several wives" is just as problematic as claiming that women find it normal to wear a burkha in ISIS or in Iran. They've never had a choice in the matter in the first place. The fact that women in cultures that are traditionally polygamous, find it "normal" doesn't mean that it's because of their free will, but instead because of cultural and religious indoctrination, conditioning and oppression.

Personally, I really don't need DC introducing any cultural concept as backwards and idiotic as any of the more commonly known polygamous cultures or traditions to provide background to essentially fucking around. At the end of the day, we're talking about a game here, and to me a game that doesn't have any specific historical or cultural setting aside from generic western/north American town, doesn't need a cultural concept forced into it to justify the MC knocking up half the town.

This half step is to ease up the workload at the end when they just have to add pregnancy scenes which is my point.

This isn't a few sprites, it's DC having to work various different scenes with a belly added to it such as ripples with that in different positions.

My point is that if you did pregnancy as one massive update, for all the girls already did versus this "half step" which allows the rest to be added by itself later, it's certainly different workloads when you start from 0 -> 10 versus with this where it's a 4 -> 10
