Still seems to have a number of bugs. Nothing game breaking so far, but pretty annoying. Might want to wait for another fix first if you don't have the patience for it, especially since you can't use old saves.

Relax after patch 19 every update saves works from 19 and up below 19 doesnt work
Are you sure you triggered the scene correctly by clicking not on the blue buttplug but the sex toy she talks about?
