I'd say 98% of people think like I do, considering the poll results. As for Maria/Tony, it got a measly 6%, close to all other options with that percentage, and in the end, it won in the last second for some reason. Hardly a majority, and very, very close to that Erik's 3%. Even if you were to argue the number it's so low just because there are better options, consider Debbie content was voted multiple times before.
As I said, his route was very popular for Mrs. Johnson alone, most probably. It had potential, then the actual route came in, and everyone stopped caring. If there's a reason why those characters stopped being popular, is the route itself, after all, Roxxy route came out and, if something, she is more popular now.
As for June, I doubt it. Every girl in the game is for the MC, even Roz, with the exception of maybe some patrons. That's basically the whole point of these games and so far as I'm aware every girl presented as a character has been fucked by the MC or is eligible to do so. Again, only 3%/6% of people seem to think otherwise.
Oh yeah, one of the dumbest decisions and why I stopped following the game for a while, tranny Eve, which basically ruined the potential of the whole route because it had to appeal to both while making none satisfying, while I also remember it was originally supposed to be a trap, so there goes the whole "it's the dev's vision!". In either case, sure, if this is what DC wants, there's nothing to do about it, but that's not the point. Not being able to please everyone isn't an excuse to divide your audience or relocate resources to things the BIG majority of your audience will not enjoy. The updates are already too slow as it is.
As for the content itself, after checking the messages myself, it reads like they will remove it entirely. You can check their discord yourself and read them, and if that's the case, those are excellent news. If they are remaking the route, makes sense not to waste time on something most people didn't enjoy.
True. But by the sound of it, Erik most likely won't be participating anymore, and if he does, will be in a single scene at best.

They still outperformed quite a few other characters. As said, Sploosh really wanted that content, DC isn't against it, many patreons don't seem to be against it and some like it.
Sure, the story matters a lot but there's just no way that people would care about Mrs. Johnson as much as they do about let's say Roxxy or Eve. I mean, even in story you are proposing she's little more than a reward for helping Erik.
Then again, it's totally fine. Somebody will always be in the bottom third by definition.
Of course MC can fuck her (as eventually every girl except Sara) but that probably wasn't the reason why June is in the game. If DC hadn't planned on giving Erik a girlfriend, I'd say he wouldn't added June, either. As said, she basically a female version of Erik.
It's pretty likely that DC wanted Eve to be "trans" or "the trap" for quite some time before we actually got her story. After all he had teased that content for years. When it comes to the wording? In his mind trans and trap where somewhat synonymous for a loong time, even though they really aren't in reality. The only thing that's left of that old mindset is the "it's a trap" achievement if MC finishes trans Eve's story.
Well, you can simply look at the stories that have already been reworked - Jenny and Diane. Yes, every bit of art, the flow, the quests, the scenes, etc. will be reworked, but that doesn't mean that they'll change the general direction or character of that route. I won't keep you from keeping your hopes up, but you may be disappointed in the end.
Last but not least, it's of course true that MC won't be getting cucked. The point here is indeed, that sharing as it's presented in the game isn't cucking and that nobody on the team sees it that way.

Yeah, the game is perfectly good as is, aside from some content being missing. There's gameplay segments that could be bettered, and some scenes appeal more to me than others, but none of it is outright bad (other than the ending content being a bit too silly when compared to the more serious earlier game bits).
I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to enjoying Erik and Eve's content. Just playing the wingman to a friend is neat, as is the possible introduction of less traditional content with Eve, that makes a lot of sense to me.

What ending content ? The only ending you get is finding who killed MC's notdad, how is that sillier than dicking a cowgirl ?

Pretty sure that's because she is a patreon supporter, which I mentioned were off-limits. Not all supporters are off-limits, though, I think, but she is one of those.

In her case it's indeed about Amens aka Cpt. Terry whome DC basically promised that it would be up to him to decide.
Those real life girls who managed to get into the game (Micoe, Nadya, Kassy, Josephine and Anna) pretty much agree to have lewd scenes in return to even make it into the game in the first place.
