Patreon's TOS also doesn't force DC to give substantial updates. He could do only bug fixes for the foreseeable future like Cloud Meadow and he'd be right within TOS. But I'm talking about principle here. Summertime Saga wouldn't be possible without Patrons and he wouldn't be raking in the amount of money he does without them. Yes people donate to support the project. And the support always increases when a release is approaching. But the game is free. You could spend 0$ a year and still get the game. I don't get all the arguing on how this project should be handled or who is entitled to something.
