If they're working full time and being paid industry standard wages, it would absolutely cut into that budget. That's like 5-10k per person, monthly. Also proof he pirated software? Please let's not act like paying a handful of guys working a few hours per week using royalty-free and/or pirated software is burning a hole in that budget.
Or maybe he does but that would just paint a picture that the guy shouldn't even be trusted with spare change to buy me a coke.
But whatever, it is what it is. Just a shame because the game had something special going for it - and I feel a little bit bad for idiots getting suckered into all these subscription schemes. Or maybe they deserve it.
Ren'py is free and that's it. I dunno what drawing software he uses, or any other tools for that matter. If they're working full time and being paid industry standard wages, it would absolutely cut into that budget. That's like 5-10k per person, monthly. Also proof he pirated software?

Isn't that subscription based these days? I know it's not hundreds of bucks, but it would still be ongoing costs. He draws in photoshop IIRC
It's really a neglectable sum/month for anybody who actually works with that kind of software somewhat professionally - we are talking about $35 or so.Isn't that subscription based these days? I know it's not hundreds of bucks, but it would still be ongoing costs.
Ultimately it's just a few people who didn't manage to move on. These or similar tables have been around for months and nothing has really changed.Welp boys, it's gonna be over. If 4chan gets on this mans ass. It's game
If that was the case, we wouldn't be sitting here discussing this because we would be busy playing Summertime Saga 2.If they're working full time and being paid industry standard wages, it would absolutely cut into that budget. That's like 5-10k per person, monthly. Also proof he pirated software?
Probably around 4-7% depending on where he lives. Also, I believe patreon takes an 8% cut as well. How much of the Patreon bucks would actually get taxed?
They'd be considered self-employed try more like 40-60%Probably around 4-7% depending on where he lives.
Either way, I don't think DC is near as rich as people think he is. Richer than most of us? Yeah, probably. But, not like lambos and mansions rich. Like a nice house and a Honda Civic. They'd be considered self-employed try more like 40-60%
Not rich but definitely living comfortably. And considering the money is split between him and 10 others, he's getting far less than people think.Either way, I don't think DC is near as rich as people think he is. Richer than most of us? Its certainly not an amount that would be worth milking or scamming. If he was trying to do either there's like a dozen better ways he could be doing it. I think progress just truly is going THAT slow. I don't think its artificial. I'm guessing it ended up being less of a tech update and more of a full remake. Not rich but definitely living comfortably. Maybe maybe not it depends on how much his Patreon is actually getting could be as low $30,000 per month or on an average of say $5 dollar pledge per member $148,000 per month. But it's probably is closer to $200,000 per month. Its certainly not an amount that would be worth milking or scamming.
I believe its like 60-70k. Definitely less than 100k per month.Maybe maybe not it depends on how much his Patreon is actually getting could be as low $30,000 per month or on an average of say $5 dollar pledge per member $148,000 per month. But it's probably is closer to $200,000 per month.
But either way it makes no difference to me I just check the thread every so often.
If he's scamming that'll eventually bite him in the ass whenever that happens.
The only problem with the estimates I've seen is that none are actually official. There just guesses on the type of content and number of paid members.I believe its like 60-70k. Definitely less than 100k per month.
