I know right! At least we got something now. I am a free player, and I am not hating on this just because it took so long. Heck, I do not dare hate at all, because I have no right to hate, since I didn't pay anything. I will just download and enjoy the game, basking in nostalgia.

I will complain as a POTENTIAL customer.Its been 2 years and all he has done is Rework in the name of "outdated code or graphics" my theory is that he is slowing down so that he gets traction on angry fans, and then he will make an Yandere-esq excuse and they will forgive him. The circle will continue until we get to the icstor territory where he angerly finish the game and takes a break to prepare a sequel.REMEMBER MY WORDS!

just wish more people would show some acceptance of what we did get here. Besides, when it comes to doing the other routes, I doubt Dark Cookie is going to rework them all from 0. Sure, art is a big maybe in that regard, but writing and other bits than can be re-used from the old version? That is another story.

Personally, I accept what we have here. But do you personally agree with this? Do you like this art?

No wonder being a developer can become such a depressive work... Free players are never gonna be happy, no matter what the dev does...

I don't think any of this is malicious. I think they are just incompetent.DarkCookie doesn't see the issue with not writing any new content or drawing new scenes. He is sitting here twiddling his thumbs for 2 years waiting for a someone to code a game in RenPy.

Of course the first update in years is a dripfeed of the game's reboot. Wasn't the entire point of going 'all-in' on the tech update to avoid staggered releases and make updates faster? GTA 6 is gonna drop before we even see an inkling of the Judith update

Okay, I understand that the developers have things to do apart of creating a porn game. But seriously dude?, almost 2 years of no updates, thousands of dollars per month on patreon and they only give that? That's disappointing

Yes but they made over 30,000$ a month for the last to years they don't have other things to do if they're getting paid probably more than 200k a year. 400-500 grand should get us content, or at least a decent port of the old content. I gave up long before now this is just the final nail.

4k would require at least two more development resets, so don't expect it before 2037

Also, note to mods: I would suggest moving all the pre-tech links for this game (Patches, Extras, Mods) to the same spoiler the links to the actual old game files are behind. There's going to be a glut of those fan-made add-ons for the Tech Update(s) soon(tm) enough and the OP of the thread will get cluttered up.
