Haven't played this game in a few years, was thinking about replaying but am I correct in thinking the most recent release has less content than when I played before? Why is "main story" on the checklist and not completed?

Should I download the pre-tech update if I want the most content?

What exactly do you say in the first paragraph? I misquoted you? I misunderstood you and DC's " The more pledges, the more time he can spend adding content to the game " ? And I'm just imagining things?
Then in the second you say... that you were wrong and it's written there but I'm still misinterpreting it because he actually means something completely different.... lol i have no words for such stupidity..

So i havent kept up with the game at all. Last time I played this was years ago (It think when they introduced that pizza minigame), before the tech update and I wanted to try it again after it was released. It now seems to me that the "tech update" will roll out partially? Is all the content from before the update in the game already? Are the devs now working on old content or on new content? Sorry for all those questions, i'm just completetly checked out.

Am I understanding correctly, that this tech update isn't a conversion of what we had in 20.16, but the content has to be re-done and a lot of it is incomplete? In other words the older version is closer to "completion" and if we want to be at the same stage now we need to wait for further updates? That's what it seems, going over the changelog. Sorry if this is all common knowledge, my search skills are probably lacking and there are just too many posts to go through... Or are the upcoming updates adding new content on top of what we already had?

I played this a LONG time ago before my hard drive crash and thought why not, time to see what is going on.

Downloaded and it took a very short time. Huh? Then actually do some reading and find out its a tech update and not much is actually there anymore.

OH well... wonder if they are going the Lurking Hedgehog rout for Lust and Power and just redo everything over and over again. Either way, back in the Bin it goes.
