This Upgrade was much needed. He had Coders who fucked up the Code so bad that arts / scenes got lost and it was too buggy. Achivements were also bugged.
In Game Developer point of view, it was clear that it needs to be redone.
If he would have continued the Game without redoing the Game, he would have had even more problems in the future because of the fucked up code.

- Gallery Unlock: Don't use a gallery unlocker mod for the cookie jar gallery. You can unlock everything in the game and move around and open locations and add money and and and... by clicking on the WIFI signal on the in-game phone and type "I UNDERSTAND" to the warning.
