That's not a chart for the end of January release. That's a chart for the work determined needed to complete the entire tech update.

Art has been at 98-99% for more than 2 years of the tech update development. It's been waiting on everything else.

Remember, that's based upon the tech update task list --- which Debbie's rework was not originally going to be part of the tech update. But partially because everything else is taking along time, as well as other reasons, DC decided to take this time to do Debbie's rework -- but that's not reflected in the data used to calculate the chart.

Someone has tracked all the points over the years and posted graphs in the past. Also, if you're really curious, you could always use the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine to look at the history of that page

Will Diane have the Rework too ? i loved her story and progress in 20.16 and if she gets more content, that would be great ,
as far as we know which characters are getting reworked while the tech updates are taking place ?

The tech update was to strictly be tech update. Not content.
Unless something changes, Diane's story is done. Her art was already reworked before the tech update. Debbie's hadn't.

But, who knows... If delays continue with the tech update, who knows.

so the Diane's Art in 20.16 is reworked ? I see it was just for the Tech update and not content update, but then why DC posted the list of different character's name for completing the tech update step by step ?
all they have to do is write a stable code for the game and add previously made art in it to make the game on 20.16 content.

Yes, Diane's art was already reworked around the same time that Jenny's was reworked a few years ago. A reason why they hadn't reworked Debbie's art was that it was going to be done when Debbie won a subscriber poll or when DC got around to adding her pregnancy route.

"all they have to do" - No, that's not all they have to do - and because of the shoddy coding, there's a lot more to rewriting the code than you might think there was to do.

anyone know how to fix this? I can't back up out of the dialogue and now I'm stuck getting this and can't push past it.

Just delete the game and reinstall it, the saves should remain.

it was clear that the fraud helper would immediately jump back into the breach and rush to the aid of the poor hard-working dc. who makes a stream every few days for an hour in which he takes a 30-minute coffee break and draws a nipple for 30 minutes. I have never seen so much enthusiasm and that for only 50-80k a month...THAT is the worst SLAVERY!
Of course they all pay to make a DC have a nice life. And absolutely not to play a finished game before they die of old age.

I can see this game still isn't complete and I feel vindicated. I was a backer of this game around 3 or so years ago and canceled because I felt it was a scam. The dev was making around 70k a month and I recall people on patreon were also criticising and demanding the dev hire a team to make the game develop quicker. Now it seems to have regressed in content and the excuse is "tech updates". It's quite laughable. I appreciate a dev who enhances or touches up their game to better it but this has gotten worse. I also laughed at the hand drawings... XD
