It takes a couple of tries. Remember to hit the key once the note starts to cross the line.

alright guys i have a work around(requires new game) for those who have panty problems. First dont go around the house picking up everything(stool,key,shovel). Do the first days head to aunty, when she says she needs a new shovel go grab it AFTER she asks for it and show it to her via talking to her, dont work on the garden yet, go to cafeteria and speak the guy, go to erik's house talk about his missing cards(basement), grab the cards, you wont be able to find him at his room now, got to aunty work till you gather enough money for sea dogs and cock of thrones. You need to go to erick's house during night time and he will be in his room, deliver him the stuff. Next day go to cafeteria and speak the guy, go to the gym speak to thai master then work out for 1 str point, go back to your house try to steal panties, dont pay for them say you dont have the money. Next day go to jenny buy the panties and check your inventory to see if it's there.

This worked for me, coding for inventory is bugged and i think you have to do some shit in some order to not bug it. Hope it works for you guys

meh i dont think so, they could have just make extra text part about your relations with the chars. You know after game asks you what is her name they could have put what is your relationship wtih her and boom everyone would be pleased

Here's how to unlock all scenes with the new Cookie Jar:

Open console (Shift + O) and type the following:

i = persistent.cookie_jar

    if i[k]['unlocked'] == False:
        i[k]['unlocked'] = True
    for sk in i[k]['gallery'].keys():
        if i[k]['gallery'][sk] == False:
            i[k]['gallery'][sk] = True

If you want to type less, you may try to use this code (without some sanity checks of the previous one):

Use the tutorial in the OP to enable the console in your instance of the game (it's in the "Passwords/Cheat" section).

I type all this in but it still doesn't unlock all the scenes. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
