Well whenever i try to open the game now it gives me this. I even deleted the whole folder and unzipped it again. Still fucked.

i went into console and typed in exactly what that guy posted
when you type in the first line and hit enter, it will jump to the next line tabbed in. you keep typing all that in and when you finish the last line you have to hit enter 2 more times to finish it out.

When I have to do the fake guitar for erik's mother, I pick up the wood in the treehouse and when I go to the garage to get the paint, it's not there, so my character suggests that I talk to Debbie her mother to ask about the ink, but when I go to talk to her, there's nothing on the paint, just the naughty things I can do with her, someone knows if there's a day of the week or a specific time

Sounds like your persistent save file is fucked and you'll have to delete it. This will blow away all your progress in the game. Game keeps two copies - first is in the \save folder of the game and the other is in the path below. Gotta delete both.

Kevin won't go to the gym for me after i get Erik to take his place in the cafeteria. Is there any way to increase strength using the console?
hey guys.. i need help.. do I save to play the whole game again on this new version or is there any method to play from the previous saved game from 14.5.2 ?? I tried previous saved but it not worked on this new version

Maybe you could try deleting the contents of this folder:
C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\SummertimeSaga
Your saved games and game settings are stored here, so you might want to back them up first before deleting them.
Full screen made it way worse for me
Playing on windowed mode almost made it work for me, but not quite. I've been doing the same shit for like 15 minutes without it working.
