QA doesn't happen til everything is done. He didn't get his last animations til yesterday so he couldn't finish his coding. Now that he can finish his coding, he can get QA going for the last bit. It doesn't take much for one line of code that was wrong at the end of the project to screw everything else up.

Take a look at previous releases. They all needed several hotfixes. We may not need any because of this extra time finding bugs and errors.

well that's not true, check the pins on his discord channel. they've been QA testing since may which makes it even more baffling that it takes so long. okay so if he got the last animation yesterday so we should expect the update to come out today right?

one more thing the only reason why ppl are complaining about this here and not on the official discord is because there you just get dogpiled by his fanboys and banned. i mean f95 also has a lot of fanboys but they usually can't do shit other than tell you to stop complaining about dc because it makes them cry.

Lets see, their website makes a claim that they release an update every month or may be 2 months at max, but still after 3 months of waiting, it's still going on. Like, man dont go back on your words, or atleast write may take 3 months or more for release of new update.

i think the amount of bugs because it's not that linear. You could see this in the past with the last(?) update where if you did certain things in the wrong order with mom and sister that you could lock the game. Each questline might be linear, but a lot of the quests overlap now, especially in terms of stat increases, and that can cause some headache for testing. A while back someone on discord said you find a bug and fix it, which leads to another bug. I think that's why that it's not done testing, even when they started in May with QA. You do a bunch of bug fixes to fix a questline, then complete a new questline, and it throws everything out of whack.

I'm not sure if their QA people are motivated or not, you might be right that they just aren't good enough and need to be replaced. But with the number of permutations the game has while running through it, the best testing is done with the XX.0 release, because you're going to have testers in the 1000s running through it.

Just a question if anyone can answer, will their be any incest patch. It feels so weird when u call ur dead old man as dad but your mom as (whatever name u give) and same goes for sister.

It's not even a schedule in this case. The game has never had a schedule and the only thing that is mentioned (in the somewhat outdated FAQ) is how long the updates usually lasted. On patreon you won't find any dates though.
