That's a lot of work, way more than 4 months, for mediocre at best voice acting that won't add anything of value to an already fine game.
I don't get why people want voiced dialogue in their porn games, just read? I mute that shit the moment I hear it because it's usually E-girls who think they're hot shit but can't voice act to save their life, with only a few exceptions. Using your own interpretation of the dialogue is way better and saves a lot of trouble, it's a win-win.

In addition to the "saves" folder under the "game" directory of your current Summertime Saga folder, you can also find a list of persistent save games across all of the versions you've run on your PC under C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\SummertimeSaga. The AppData folder may be hidden, so you'll want to enable showing hidden items and extensions under the "View" tab of Windows Explorer.

It was sarcasm on my part. I wouldn't want voice acting, I don't like when devs add moan sounds they can find to scenes either. My point was that it would only add to already super long waiting times between updates, 4 months being a lot of time or not enough is not my point.

It was disabled by the developer a long time ago. I believe the Naughty Tribute mod linked in the OP enables it, again.
