I see you are running wip.5252. make sure to download wip.5258 because it is the latest. Try that first. If that doesn't resolve your issue, continue below.

If you are running any mods and/or patches and/or packs, remove them and start the game to see if it resolves. If it does, make sure you are using correct mods, patches, packs and for the version you are playing. If you are trying to run more than one mod, patch, pack at a time contact the creators of those to make sure you can run more than one at a time.

for some reason, I couldn't get mom/sis content to fire.
walkthrough says how to do it. and i tried. but it does not work.

This was fairly early on but there are two monster girls, everyone can get pregnant, and there's a sex worker in the mall. And technically Jenny needed to be paid for sex. And I think there are two MMF threesomes.
