When I remember right, you have to go to the shop and "buy" them again, then the game will tell you that you already have them (or maybe you buy them a second time, but I guess you can afford it). After that, you can talk to Jenny again and it should work.
Is the same with the stolen goods and Eric's dad, and maybe other items as well.

Sadly I wanted to like this game however the most important aspect, character art, is awful and unappealing.
This of course is subjective, however there are objective issues with it too like the sameface and lack of detail. Surely people can't be happy with 95% of the female cast having the same lazy face geometry?
It's odd to see the background and ambient art having better detail in a porn game. Oh well.

Re doing art work should not stop the progress of new scenes which makes new content, the re work has been going on for a while, and we had last update with some re work done, and old mixed, so we cannot say that the main reason for delays in updates is because of the re work, and even if I agree, that means that after Jenny's update, we are going to get rest updates sooner?,...mmmm..not sure about that, I wonder what is going to happen after the rework on image has been completed, what would be the excuse then... are we going to get it on VR?, it would be cool though.

I got to say, for me is not like that, I love the game, and the characters. It has a little bit of everything for all tastes, yes there is some similarities in characters, but hey! I wish I could draw like that, the guy is an artist, no doubt about it. In real life, if you are part of a family, you are supposed to look a like isn't it?, but I do feel that the mother and the cheerleader share same face profile when having threesome with the Aunty...but still, it is a frekin awesome game!!,....even if it takes ages to get updates.

I have a question, this game is suposed to have mon-son incest but in certain part of the story when Erik's mom comes to express her condolences to MC's mother, when Erik's mom talks about how good Erik is and how much she loves taking care of Erik, Debbie says that she doesn't know what to do with MC beacuse she isn't her mother.
I mean, what? Aren't they really mother and son and the patch is fake? That's not the only moment on the story that makes me feel like I'm missing something.

I still don't get it, I know about Patreon incest politics but usuallyevery game just go the incest way as they originally wanted and then change the mom/son for landlady/tenant and the only way to see the original dialogue is using the patch

Which is how it is there.
Though the patch isn't perfect, it's fanmade and kinda cobbled up by multiple people.
The complete save in the OP is for 0.17.1, and has everything (older than that) complete, leaving you with Diane's updated storyline. 0.17.5 introduces a new character that can only be accessed part-way through Diane's storyline or later, so the devs uploaded a save for 0.17.5 at the end of Diane's storyline. Check the 0.17.5 Patreon announcement post for that link. Things could be better, but you can see how it's impossible to have a single save with immediate access to both.
Your best bet is to either play each version separately (the 0.17.5 save makes getting the new character much faster, since you need a lot of cash), or to start a new 0.17.5 save and ignore all other storylines (except Debbie, because Diane's interacts with Debbie's).

DC rewrote the story lines for the incest characters to have them make more sense as opposed to just switching "Mom" to "Debbie," etc.
