The incest stuff is fan made and has nothing to do with DC though. It'll solely depend on wether someone wants to take the time or not. The Diane update was a big heaping pile of shit. It should be compared with the Roxxy update as they had roughly the same time in development, the Roxxy update developed the character and had lots of nice moments and scenes.Diane update wasn't bad. it was only bad if you don't want to replay Diane portion of the game, the update itself was well done

Diane's personality was never developed, just being horny aunt and the actual content, sexy or just story in general was tiny compared to Roxxys. It also ruined the pregnancy aspect, what should have been a really big deal in the story was just throwaway npc generator.

I'm guessing the bug tracker is going to be up somewhere between 130-150 before everything is done. Dogeek seems to have made the code better since he took over, but he's just one guy. Depends on the code. Having worked in QA testing for video games, a lot of the time bugs are the same thing applied across multiple instances. They all have the same fix, it's just a matter of finding and fixing them all. One would hope that the game wouldn't be too buggy, since it's not exactly a complicated game.
