This isn't a VN game. For a a long time not. At best we could call it today "a VN-ish adventure porn game" imho.

Code and bug-fixing is the most time consuming from all the dev-tracker slots. And i count not even the bugs only known after the v0.18.5.0 release.
It shouldn't take too long for the bugs this time, since it's such a small update. Maybe a week, maybe less. I would expect it early next week, so as to ensure no subscriber loss. It'll be nice to be wrong about the release date if that does happen this time, even if it is just a minor update.

ok first the renpy shouldn't require a program buuuut I probably might be wrong. as for the jenny thing have you done all training in the gym? also you may or may not have done most school quests. look at roxxy, teachers and aunt diane if you haven't done her mini game yet.
I am only missing my last Agility point
and only teacher I haven't gotten my grades up with is the Gym teacher even though I have Strength 10 and Agi 9,

In deed it does. Maybe we really get it this week.
Then I am looking forward to the next updates, since Eve and Main story are not just remakes. Maybe we really get something then. DC is able to tell a nice story, as the teachers and Roxxy updates had shown.

I wouldn't bet on it being released this week. Even though it's a small update we never know how long will it take to bug test/fix.

Nope I only got 1 pair from each Jenny, Debbie, Mia, and Roxxy
which allowed me to get my Agility to 10
I am now attempting to figure out how to progress my Gym grade storyline after having trashed the school Bully
