sadly unkown but it could be another reason why we get late updates or it is at some point since DC said it was coming way after abit when we are in mid or late development of game.

yeah most are getting new looks like the guy from one night stand ( I don't know the actors name besides a curly ass hairdo sorry lol) and touch ups but yeah the eve content is pretty dope and soon say like in a few months well see it since he had been working on the art for it.Didn't he mention something about art rework like to improve or speed up the further character poses?

The dev has a half dozen people helping them make the game. That costs serious money.
Pro-tip: Just play the new parts, pretty much all portions of a new update are available right out the gate.
Because of bad decisions made early on in development. If you read the changelog, they're in the process of refactoring the codebase to support cross-version save file compatibility. Hopefully that'll be finished soon, but until then... Bleh.
