There's never a set date. Right now the update is at 84% (you can check the tracker in the first post and you'll find even more detailed trackers in this topic) and I guess by now it's resonable to expect the update in ~4 weeks, possibly on halloween. Maybe a bit earlier, possibly a little later.

I'm just playing devil's advocate. I personally would rank roxxy's mom higher in my tier. I sometimes like them slutty and bitchy. I just giving a reason, not my own views on why most people have her lower. But, for me she's the bomb. Imagine a 3 some with her and roxxy..heaven on Earth!!!What a mean thing to say.
