The one in my sig is like this one, but it only just came out and doesnt have much content yet.
The change happened way back when patreon banned games which included incest. So every version after 14.5 has this slighly different story (lessor instead of mom, housemate instead of sister, etc.), though DC did promise to bring the old story back in the very end. Right now there are some fan made patches/mods which are created without official support and wich bring that old scenario back. So it'll probably depend on what you've installed.

I would recommend Harem Hotel. It *is* long, has an amazing story, and is decently animated. Plus the girls are beautiful. It is 3D, however, but you'll definitly miss something if you don't give it a try.
Yes, the achievement, as it is in 0.18.6, is not attainable.
It is not "broken", it is just never unlocked because the threesome achievement is dependant on completing that story branch with Tammy and Erik. Since they were not on an FSM, I abstained from putting a clunky achievement unlock in some weird place to have it work.
It has always been that way, at least, since the achievement system was first coined. You probably unlocked the achievement via some other means (probably through the console, or a mod).
