Yeah, Mia only got a half update back then and it really shows by now. On the upside that means, that she'll get a rework in the future, so there's hope for more.
That depends. If you only want to play Eve's content you can do so without issues. If you want to replay the whole game it's probably better to wait. Right now it seems like Erik's story is locked and there are some other issues (avoid the mall bathroom and cpt. sploosh for example).

Sadly not and i doubt it'll be possible even via mods. It's a downside of art that's drawn by hand. You can't really easily replace it and have redraw every pose, like Eve sitting in class, sitting at the fountain, holding stuff in her hands, etc.
After you are done with Eve's story, no matter which route you chose. Just continue to play and visit in the morning and evening (during weekends I think?).

I guess it's because how how their stories were written. Mia's story and personality are so boring to me that even the generic mom and sister plots were more interesting.
Roxxy surprised me, because I didn't think I would like her and Eve got even better to me after this update. To me she already was way more interesting when she went topless at Erik's house on previous versions. It showed more character than anything Mia did so far. Even anal with Mia was boring, how is that possible?

Because the game is almost 4 years in development and is nowhere close to being finished.
The word i would use to describe the pace of development is glacial because it is beyond slow.
Also, he's receiving $59,932 per month. You could hire a small army of freelancers to help you with the game, and finish it in like half a year.
But no, he's doing god knows what with the money and making 1 update every 5 months.
It wouldn't surprise me if in 4 more years time the game is still not finished and Darkcookie is a multimillionaire. Honestly I'm envious. I wish i could buy a private jet by half assing a porn game.

She's not fully nude in that scene, just topless. So it won't really matter.
Check the alley next to the garage. It's easy to miss but he should be there.
