I have not seen this reported, but a new bug in 19.1. Mom sends MC to Diane with the pie and after going to shed she's nowhere to be seen and trying to leave comes back with the 'I need to find Aunt Diane' and You're locked in the shed.

Edit: There's a way around it. Turn's out that I went to Diane's without any timebars left. When I repeated with one left the scene triggered normally.
