So, there's this thing called capitalism. Basically it says people get paid based on what other people want to pay them. It works out for some, it works out badly for others. Now, despite its issues, it allows people to spend money on incredibly niche, non-essential, hobbies, like porn games. However, if you dislike how these people spend their money because you're a failure (sorry, capitalism was bad for you) whose life is spent obsessing over how much others make, you can try to change that. I disagree tho. if any game dev wasn't AAA or even well known AA, and they announced a game 4 years ago: after the initial hype I really wouldn't give a shit. I would 4get in like 1month.
theres so much else out there man. SS grew overtime due to the (periodic)updates+community involvement. without that it'd b ded and I wouldn't have the time/context to even care.
