You can try to load your old save into 0.20 (anything not 0.19.5 will just melt your PC) and pray you didn't screw up RNGesus. Or just start a new game and focus entirely on the new route (and a few Debbie days). While all your cookie jar junk will remain unless you hit "reset" or go delete your /appdata/ folder

They are on the gallery when you click on one of her scenes it will ask you if you want the trans or non trans version of that scene.

No you don't. I never played Eve's trap route and I can see her scenes in the cookie jar.

Hm, did you use some kind of mod maybe? I remember only having her trap scenes in the jar until I actually chose the female option in game.

Nope I never used mods in this game. I don't know then. I thought the scenes would show in the cookie jar even if you didn't played that route, since I never played it.

Seems they changed it in 0.20 : you get the futa choice in the jar whatever route you go

Nope I never played the trap route. That is why I was conviced you could just see her scenes in the cookie jar.

I'm not saying that you played it, but maybe you just chose second option and immediately after that you quit or load a game ?

I mean if this was my old pc that would be possible. But this is the first time I played this game on this machine and I know I didn't choose the second option. Maybe they changed it in 0.20 and now you can see both routes even if didn't played both.
