You should ask mod related questions in the mod thread.
However, especially on slow devices the first launch can last a long time (several minutes). Does the game start without mod installed? If so, just give it time starting with the mod installed. Maybe start it twice. It will compile all the mod files and succeed eventually. From then on it will start much faster, but it will still take some time (on a Samsung Galaxy S20 it takes well over a minute).
Also, it might be that Android power saving mechanisms kick in and kill the process before the game is completely started. In that case, see if you can change the battery settings for the game.

20.8 status update (delay) and upcoming changes to map!
20.8 status update:
You're probably wondering why some of the progress stalled about 3 weeks ago and the reason is one of our devs (Posing) had to suddenly step away from the project. It unfortunately happened as we were wrapping up the content and had to halt the progress until we found replacement.
The good news is we tested new candidates and found 2 new devs who will be starting this week! Hopefully we can get the update back on track to wrap it up as soon as possible for you all to enjoy.
Art was done a little while back and writing will be done this week so we should be moving on to the following tech update in the meantime.
Sorry about this delay, I'm aware some of you are anxious to play the new content. :<

Map changes in tech update:
The image above shows what I've been working on during daily streams (for those who haven't watched). The tech update changes the game widescreen ratio which opens up room for additional locations on the minimap.
We've added:
- Lighthouse
- Bar
- 3 homes
- Museum
- Arcade and Bowling hall
- Stadium
- Expanded trailer park and forest area

It never occurred to me but damn the school is so big. Especially comparing it with the new locations i.e. The lighthouse and stadium.
Cant' move on, stuck on getting Maria pregnant, can't enter pizza shop, what gives, try every time zone, on every single day.

Posing was actually done pretty fast by catbug...maybe we'll look at like 1 week shorter time for posing tops. As always the longest time to complete items is art and coding, writing is also done pretty fast but this is the first update I've seen where writing still isn't done this late into the dev cycle...
Isn't this arc one that's up for a rework anyway? If so, hopefully, we'll see that stupid choice mechanic removed, and get the domiNuntrix finished at the same time.
To be fair, I had something like this happen to me too. Turned out to be a conflict with getting lasagna in the Eve arc (and on a side note wtf is with the Eve arc bugging out so much other content in this game?!?)

Claims of milking scamlord are 100% in the known of whatever happened. Better believe him, DC keeps 100% of all income and doesn't share anything with the other devs. Common knowledge by now. That's why he finishes art months before builds are released, just so he can milk all that sweet Patreon $
Also to the milking whiner : their last update was in Sept, so they've made their update in about the same time DC didn't do his (since he's alone and the other devs are purely there to look like a team insated of 1 dude)
So many better devs out there getting no love and this asshat makes 70k a month to deliver bs update after bs update.
People dont leave well paid jobs, they leave shitty ones for better paying ones. this guy I guarantee left due to not earning what is the bulk of the work (animation) while this jerk dev continues to make 70K a month to make new back drops for areas when 50% of all areas are completely under utilised or not at all.
No no lets make more "areas" to go into once and not give a shit about.
Seriously patreons, check out other devs absolutely more worthy of your hard earned than this lazy shit of a dev.
This dev (and a few others) in my humble opinion are why so many people are gun shy to support up and coming devs with better quality work and faster work turn out.
They are simply burnt from the bull shit like this.

You get it if you finish Helen's arc, so Harold leaves Helen, before you play the park scene in Eve's story.
As mentioned, posing has never been a real issue, but I guess it may be good for the tech update, too.
Yes, she's due for a rework at some point, but I'd absolutely hope that the choice will stay. It solves many problems (like what to do with Harold) and makes the story at lot more credible. With the choice you'll either have Mia and Yumi or Helen and Angelica and that's pretty much fine to me.
