You might be able to in the console. Use dev console/Variable and see if their is a character that actually says female or male and change the True/False in console.

Have you been experimenting a lot with the save file to attempt to jump ahead / short cut events and perhaps locked yourself out of completion?
For the posts relative to the flute - did you use the Search box in the upper right hand corner of the page in this thread to search for flute?

I think I might actually jump back into SS after the tech update part 2 comes out. I haven't played it since december 2019 even tho it's one of my favourite games... I was just tired to start all over again every two updates so I dropped it back then. Now I'm waiting for part 2 of the tech update to drop so I can play again with a fresh account and also do the things I missed out on up until this point. The code of the game will probably get changed quite severely hence why I'm waiting to jump back in instead of doing it now only to get my save file messed up again.

^ You might have to wait some more though, there's no word if lewd batch 2 will or won't be bundled with the code part of the tech build. So we'll either get batch 2 in 2-3 months then another 3+ for the code, wait ~4 for both combined or some other random amount of time for whatever bundle DC comes up with ....... Hopefully the remaining tech+lewd stuff gets done before Xmas and we get R(h)onda some time early 2022 (wetdreaming can go far)

Usually girls will get scenes if they win their patreon polls. Judith didn't win for a very long time, but by now her update is scheduled for 0.23, so there's light at the end of the tunnel.
Having said that, the same is true for girls like Ronda or Annie (who will get 0.21 and 0.22), so it isn't just her.
