I went to a 4 year university where they had us waste a year on General Studies, but even that isn’t obviously the excuse for this game.

The tattoos being too much work was also a fucking dumb excuse, cause there’s a finished game on this site, also made in Ren’py with tattoos like “Bad Bitch”, Angel Wings, a Bird, “Daddy’s Girl” and “Thug Life” so it’s possible, he would just rather spend money on more Trump shit.

Mall still looks like it has no content, other than stupid art of buyable plushies. He’s just lucky the artist hasn’t died from this covid bullshit, cause the game wouldn’t be as good in a crappier style.

I always thought this was just super obvious. Sadly Patreon "forced" DC to make the game 100% 18+ back when they blocked him and thus the school and prom had to be changed, but the feeling is still 101% there.

Then again, if he doesn't get that, he probably really wonders why there are so many landladies and roommates around in these kind of games...

There are a bunch of threads asking for games with a small-dicked protagonist or SPH content. They get 4 or 5 responses with a few links and sympathetic responses lamenting the lack of such content, so I created an SPH patch for Summertime Saga. I figure Anon was about 12" before, so I reduced him to about 3". There's already a hairy mod, so why not a small cock mod?

Hundreds of lines of dialog and diary entries have been changed to replace all references to Anon's absurdly large penis with references to his micropenis, and to acknowledge his (mostly unacknowledged) premature ejaculation issues and add new PE content. Anon is also more likely to get an erection when he observes women naked, watching porn, or masturbating. Besides SPH and PE, I sprinkled in a touch of CEI and sissification. I extended some scenes, added a new achievement, and added a lot of SPH content for Jenny -- particularly if you choose the submissive route. This was no simple Find and Replace job. I had to make each change make sense in context, and had to make significant dialog changes to explain why everyone in town is eager to jump on Anon's micropenis. There are changes to almost all of the 1571 .rpy script files, as well as some of the .txt and .json files, to make it so that the change is more than an afterthought -- the fact that Anon is not hung is as integral to the patch as being hung is to the original game. It's taken a couple of weeks and been a labor of lust.

I hope that some of my changes will be incorporated into the main game. I corrected dozens of spelling and punctuation errors (apparently the authors don't know the difference between "ravage" and "ravish"), increased the wait time on longer bits of dialog during sex scenes, and added a few facial expression transitions to match the dialog. Basically, I fixed anything that was broken while I was in the neighborhood. I also added a few lines of dialog for Grace, Eve, and Anon to more realistically and sensitively respond to her coming out if the trans option is chosen. It's a small change, but I feel that it's important for trans characters to be more than just a gimmick. Eve deserves her new content.

With regard to graphics, the newer scenes make use of overlays, so it's trivial to redraw Anon's penis and it gets seamlessly drawn over the images of his body/clothing. Only a few dozen images had to be altered to update multiple scenes with multiple women. Older scenes didn't use overlays, so there are hundreds of images specific to a single scene where I have to shrink his penis and then -- hopefully -- find a similar image of his clothing/body to fill in the hole that his megacock used to cover.

I'm currently doing a final playthrough of the game and fixing every scene in which he has a megacock instead of a micropenis, but it's an 80/20 rule situation -- you get 80% of your result from 20% of your effort. Fixing each remaining scene is potentially an hour of work, and I only have a few hours per day to work on it. Before I devote another couple of weeks to finishing what I've started, I've finally decided to ask if anyone will even want to use this patch when it's done. It's obvious that developers believe that a majority of supporters want a protagonist with an absurdly large penis, but I know from the many request threads that some people want the opposite. This is one of my favorite games, and I wanted to get this patch done before the next version comes out. If no one else is ever going to play it, I won't rush and I'll maintain the project for myself.

I don't need anything from DarkCookie. It's a patch, not a feature request. DC is welcome to incorporate my fixes to spelling/punctuation/gameplay, and I would gladly join the team and contribute to the official game. I emailed DC about what I've done long before I posted this.

The only thing I can think of to make that argument is Eve's relief that her parents died. That would only make sense if they had failed her in a soul crushing way, like if they were about to disown her for being trans. That's the explanation that I added to my patch.

Next to that it's really the story itself. Her female route is indeed quite a bit weaker and I think one can feel that it was written to fit into the frame of her trans story.

Well, there are degrees, but I'd say only few end up at the point where Eve is? At least few, who don't have actual issues. Eve does have her scar, but it still seems like a strange hook for a story, if one considers that DC/Sploosh had every other option in the world if the female version was meant to be the canon version.
