I don't know if is the correct thread about this, but when I click in the cookie jar button in the main menu, I see this error below:

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

I'm have only the Naughty Tribute Mod installed, that is the same version of the game.

1) Uninstall the naughty tribute mod and see if the same problem occurs.
2) if it doesn't occur, go report in the Naughty Tribute Mod thread.
3) if it does occur - you may need to delete your current installation, unzip a new installation and try again. Your saves will remain.

Cookie Jar 45 is for Katya, who isn't in the Cookie Jar in 0.20.14. You were using 0.20.15 or 0.20.16 and then went back to 0.20.14. Go back to using a version that has the warehouse girls in the Cookie Jar. Ideally, the latest version, and a corresponding version of the Naughty Tribute Mod.

True - but easily cropped to 4:3, for pre-tech usage and left at 16:9 for tech and after. I don't think the 16:9 ratio necessarily tells anything. Kim choking the MC in the car artwork was done at 16:9, as well.

Then you need to go to the Naughty Tribute Mod thread, where you got it - troubleshooting a mod in this thread is off-topic.

Have you tried running the game without the mod and does it work properly without it? If not - then you should delete/remove it.
Then download the most recent version of Summertime Saga (v0.20.16) and see if it runs fine then.
If it does not, share error here and we'll see if we can help.
If it does, then install the appropriate mod for v0.20.16. If the problem returns - go seek help in the Mod thread.
