Dude, what is that word salad? Even if English is not a first language... there are still ways to effectively communicate. There are some great translation apps so that a person can type in the language which they are most comfortable and then translate into English. That said, people have to use proper structure and grammar of their chosen language in order for it to have the best chance of translation.
