wtf guys after moved old saves to 16.1 i get crash . should i start new game!!?

Have a problem with jenny when giving money to her. First time no problem second time noticed the problem. I had 705 and she wanted 500 after the scene i had -295 money. I bought things at the mall and the scooter there the money does not go in the -. I did the pizza job and got 480 money and the -295 was now 185.

I wasn't challenging that Fair Use is a defense for infringement claims against copyright/trademark/publicity rights. It most certainly is. That's not what this is, tho.

You can't on the first instance say "she's a public figure" to assert the fair use, and then dismissively in the next say "a Youtuber tied to their community barely connected to a look alike in a game".

Put it this way: I agree with most everything you've said. The difference is, PureRuby would almost certainly win a claim if she were to bring one. So you measure the risk that a YT cosplayer wouldn't mind being in a porn game that features incest, and off you go. (All of that assumes DC didn't simply obtain her permission to be in the game.)

It's doubtful. That has to get into the regions of the country (CA vs Texas law and precedents) and basically comes down to money. I dunny where a YT cosplayer would find time for a very expensive lawsuit when she uses her own likeness in the commons on the daily, which is the point I'm making here. Using Lindsay is more or less pointing out that she's an actor with different requirements on her time. To go through an expensive law process on publicity rights

I think her parents are being added because Annie's mom has a daycare, which will tie into the pregnancy content.

sorry if i sound a bit annoyed, but i've gotten very far in 16.0 only to find when i d/l 16.1 i have to start over again??? i do like the game but seriously when you've restarted it so many times, it gets annoying to see the same thing over and over and over until you finally get to something new.. tho the roxy update was a surprise for me haha and some of the other changes as well. but still someone needs to do a seminar for renpy devs and teach them how to update savegames so the players and patrons don't get upset over constant restarting just cuz 1 new thing was added.

far as i know publicity rights only exist in california. it's called right of publicity statute, a right of publicity claim fails if it is too close to a copyright claim and is pre-empted by federal copyright law. so it's not part of copyright laws at all. it's a completely seperate thing. and really stupid too. it is kinda funny how the celebs demanded this law when in fact it ends up hurting them, as any publicity good or bad is good publicity as it gets you known by ppl. but with that law, it can make companies decide to not print some juicy news the celeb badly wants reported for publicity's sake. it is california tho and just yet another ludicrous nonsensical law created there.

I'm sure that's to a degree because you can actually see the current result before you vote. Hence there's a small bias towards the one who is currently in the lead, especially if the lead is significant.
