Literally says "not yet available" - You cannot enable it.

You can only play the preview version. Preview version has all the money and all the stats just the like the above. For 21.0.0-wip.5091 there is no "new" content (outside of a few scenes) since v0.20.16 and all the old content has not been fully migrated over, yet.

If you are looking for new content - no, keep waiting until all the old content has migrated over.

If you are looking to see what changes are being made - yes. Also, as part of the migration, Debbie's story is being reworked in the coming update at the end of the month and the scheduled update for January. This is supposed to include her pregnancy route, as well. We'll see.

It's been a long time since I played this game. I'm trying to understand which is the reason for this "remake" that is being done. From what I remember, the game looked very good visually speaking, and had very few tech issues. Maybe someone could redirect me to the post that explains all of this. I'm sure the creator had pretty good arguments to decide making this game anew.

It didn't. And it didn't take advantage of 16:9 display ratio of phones, which is the game's largest player base. Also old character design looked 'old.'
