Yes, the game is now getting regular releases every 2 months. However, right now (and for the foreseeable future) these releases will mostly be republications of old content on an updated codebase, with an extra scene here and there. I recommend coming back in a year to see if they're ready to start adding truly new content again

I'm mostly interested in Revert Incest patch by Ser Maggot, Additional lines incest mod by Xaverion and Relation tweaker by raschi.
As I understand they basically to the same thing (with a little extra in RT), and I'm wondering if I can use them together.

Why not go to the individual mod threads, read the OP's, if the answer is not shown, ask the mod creator there??
Like you said;
They basically do the same thing, which means they are trying to change basically the same things in the code, so stick to the one you prefer.
Using them together is asking for trouble.
However;
The Relation Tweaker Lewd+ package is designed to be standalone, and should work with any incest patch/mod.
