There aren't any details yet, as always. DC said yesterday that he will introduce "less" choices in general since they weren't popular so I guess in Diane's case there may be no way around the whole pregnancy stuff if you want her full story, for everybody else it's certainly going to be optional. For someone who isn't into pregnancy, milking, etc. it's probably not the best update but I guess that can't really be changed.
