For most of the characters, probably the only ones left out will be minor characters.

As said, for many characters, but one may add that this update it's for 99% only going to be Diane. Jenny will likely follow next update and so it will continue with others afterwards when ever it fits the update.

They basically split the facial expressions, arms and torso. Until now every pose we see, like MC holding something in his hands or moving his eyes/lips, was a full image, which took way more space. With the new system they'll be able to save that space since they'll only have to include each single asset once and can combine them in the game, like the same arms and torso with different facial expressions etc.

So it's nothing the player will notice, except of course the fact that the size of the game should be quite a bit smaller.

Mostly for the rig system and I guess because he ran out of things to stream. While streaming certainly isn't the most important thing he does, quite a few of his patreons really enjoy his streams and see it as part of what they pay for. So not streaming for a whole week or longer without a reason is probably something that wouldn't go down that well in the community.

So yes, in some cases it would probably be faster to not do it now but on the other hand it's just a few hours a week which won't matter that much in the end.

Yeah, Prince was very protective of his songs. Mark Knopfler told Al yes on the condition Mark got to play guitar on Als version. Parody and satire are protected under the 1st amendment, thankfully. Imagine how many lawsuits Twilight Shortbread would have if it wasn't, among many, many other people. Now if only he could throw in the Principal and Annie being Scientologist. That would make for some funny shit.
