I heard people say there's a character that's never gonna be brought into the sleep-with-able story line because she's based off someone the creator knows in real life? Which character? I couldn't find the source, only follow up replies.

I think they confuse two things here. One character, Tatiana, was removed because she's a somewhat famouse online personality and he wasn't happy with the whole thing in general. So she was replaced by Lilly this update. The one girl that's supposedly not fuckable is actually Cpt. Terry's girlfriend Sara - simply because Terry is such a bro and because he's based on a regular picarto chat member. But of course the latter could change at some point.
Edit: Else there are quite a few characters in the game who are based on patreons/chat users/etc. like Terry, Cedric (guy in the gym), Pilly (mobster), Mr. Bubbles (guy at the cinema), Jaing (car mechanic), Josephine (car dealership), Kass (cupid store), Micoe (nurse) and possibly one or two more.

Good heck I hope the latter changes. From the moment they introduced Sara, hers has been the storyline I've wanted expanded on the most! Oh well. Win some, you lose some. For now, back to some family friendly gaming with FF9 on my Vita. I know it's third in line of the remakes (after 7 and 8 are remade), but I really can't wait to see a modern, upgraded, high def re-imagining of this game. (I know this is all unrelated, but FF9 is still one of the best rpg's ever made in my mind and I'm thoroughly enjoying replaying it for the umpteenth time)

I love this game, but I hate this update. This is the first time I wish I would have skipped one for Summertime Saga. I know it'll take time to implement the new art, so that cuts down on new content; but I prefer the old art as well. I hope they stop dedicating so much time to "updating" their old art. Other equally popular games got caught in the same trap and died off. I'm sure everyone knows at least a couple examples of that, including one huge one that shall not be named. Please please please, do not get caught up in the cycle of constantly trying to "improve" your past art. The past art is what got you here, focus on the new. Improve the old little by little if you must, but dedicating almost entire updates to it, like this one, is a time tested/proven bad idea.

Does it still do this the next day? I've noticed that sometimes when you complete a quest like that you need to wait a day to get the results.
j4yj4m, do you happen to know if Micoe still frequents the streams? It's been a long time since I've been able to catch one, but I recall she used to be in there quite a bit.

Not that I'm aware. As far as I recall she kind of left before her character was implemented in the first place.

This would be poor form imo. She's already shown herself (and Terry) to be free spirits, I'm sure they'd be interested in sharing some time with MC.

I found a good example of what you were talking about, where this was lacking some of the depth of the teacher update. The Roxxy Jenny example, where you get different dialogue depending on your relationship with Jenny.
In Diane's, while taking to her in the barn for the first time, she talks about Jenny coming down in the middle of the night, seeing Diane on the couch, and complaining that she is 'wasting money' before leaving. In my first playthrough I had not played Jenny's arc, so him saying he doesn't know fits, but in this version, I did her story already, and I know exactly what her issue is, and am a bit disappointed I can't tell her about the porn channel.

No, they never really did. Well, not in a few versions, and rolling back WILL BREAK YOUR GAME! Don't do it! This version is buggy enough, don't make it worse on yourself, you will regret it.
