Complaining is honestly pointless especially here, if you don't like the update and you are a donator stop donating, if you are not donating just stop playing the game but whats the point in complaining on a pirate site about a update you didn't pay a penny for XD
That is kind of main point of pirating. Not paying for the games which are incompleted, shitty, buggy and sharing information about it with other players, because it's bad were people are scammed of their money.
If game is worth the money, then people should alway support the developer if they have the money. Copying isn't stealing, but supporting someones hard work should be human decency.
I do not criticize the update, I'm just disgusted to start over at zero. I love this game and the work you do, but it's like seeing a movie and 10 minutes from the end, put it back at the beginning. it's probably worth it but it's boring. especially since it is not the first time that I start again.

That's the fault of patrons. They kept voting for things that would prevent rectifying the save issues between versions, and they did it knowing full well it would continue to delay fixing the problem.

I think it's a bigger fault of DC than then Patrons. He needs to "put his foot down" and just force the issue and do an update to fix the code.

He is fixing code, little by litle. That's why this update took so long. Look at how people are treating him for doing that. They're complaining about a lack of content and accusing him of being a thief. If he was to make update 21 do nothing but fix code with no actual content, the loudest ones who cry over everything would riot.

Totally agree, and that's been a problem with too many devs in the past. It's one thing to let patrons vote/influence development, but another to let them dictate it.
Alas, the precedent was set and this is the fallout.
