To open the console in game press: SHIFT + O
To close the console type in "exit" or right click

Not implemented yet, but most likely will happen in the next update. You could always just not do it, but we don't know how much it will tie into Mia's story, so avoiding it may cause you to miss out on all Mia stuff. Don't know yet.

Regarding the weight lifting mini-game, I didn't want to risk cheats breaking the game so I used an AutoHotKey script:

    While GetKeyState("F8", "P"){
        Send {Space}

Translation: holding the F8 key is like hitting spacebar 20 times a second.

13.1 just fixed a few bugs on the original release of 13.0 i think someone posted a changelog for it somewhere a few pages back
