If you are trying to use your old save on v21.0.0. No, it won't work - the code is revised.

v21.0.0 also doesn't have all the old content migrated to it yet. If you played a year or two ago, you've played all the old content available in v0.20.16.

In v0.20.16, which is the 'stable' version of the game? Yes.
In v21.0.0, which is currently a 'preview' version of the game with updated code, display ratio, dialogues, etc? Not at this time. It is expected those scenes will return as time goes on.

As you can see in the splash screen for v21.0.0 at this time:

Everything in the green circle is currently in the preview version. WIP = work in progress, which means not all that content is available for the characters included so far. The red arrow points to the earlier point where the content you are asking about could return to the game. That's 4 to 6 months away, at the earliest and likely a year or more away, depending if they are going in the order of the list or not.

If you want to play the scenes you mention, stick with v0.20.16.

I wish I was able to come up with such a scheme. Years and years milking money in exchange of empty promises, and people are still gladly paying for it.

I say lets go silent here for about a year, we have better things to do. In a year meaning 12 something months, lets check back and maybe... he has added main story or atleast part of it... I mean if its 2 months, then he should be just about at main story next december. That is if he's following the path down shown in the picture above..

That would take more than 1 year for sure. Probably between 3 to 5 years just to reach the same point the game was before.

If you think there should be more sex with Jenny and Debbie, others might too. Wouldn't he make MORE money if he added it because more people would subscribe as a way of rewarding the developer for doing what they want (at least in the short term)? Your logic doesn't track.

I started from last save that alredy work (interface told me that more advanced save are not compatible) but still some event don't trigger.
So I must restart from scratch? restart from beginning? and also Where is the " Assembly hall " in the school?

Hey, so I haven't really played this game despite seeing it over the years. From what I understand, in some older versions there was a lot of content, but in newer versions some stuff was taken out to be reworked? Does this mean no new content is being added and its just reworks or is there a mix?

I wanted to mainly ask which version has the most content? Should I download the before tech update or after? is there a specific mod that combines best of both worlds?

The latest version (all v21.0.0 at this time are previews - not a complete update), not all of the old content is in the preview. In fact, not much of the old content is in the preview.

If you are using a save from v0.20.16 or earlier, it is not compatible.

If you are using a save from any v21.0.0 up to wip.5258, it should be compatible in wip.5258.

The Assembly Hall is part of Ms. Dewitt's route, which is still a WIP (work in progress) - I don't think the Assembly Hall is accessible in v21.0.0.

The completed v21.0.0 is still many months, if not a year or more away. Every 2 months they do tweaks and update and/or add content and/or features. Next one is expected at the end of January and is focused on Debbie's art/route/story.

v21.0.0 does not have any translation packs. The code is rebuilt and the old volunteer community translation packs are not compatible. Also, not all the content has moved over from the old version, as well as dialogue being revised. Even if the translation packs could be used, they probably wouldn't work properly.

If you want to play with a translation pack, use v0.20.16.

No.

Every update they release needs to have a changelog, therefore having "update changelog" in the tracker for every update makes complete sense.

1. That is the current plan, yes.
2. The tech update was underway for three years (with 6 pre-tech content releases during the first 18 months, with simply monthly reports for the last of the three years) when it was decided to move over to a bimonthly release of what is completed to date. The first tech update preview release was the end of May 2024.
   1. There is no estimate. Estimates create false hope and expectations.
   2. It is release as they go, with as much or as little as they get accomplished every two months.
