There's always an option of doing yet another tech-remake-update, where he'll spend a few years renaming "school" into "college" and redrawing all of the "college" backgrounds to look like an actual college.

Debbie's story has taken 3 parts but Eve And Diane together or Roxxy And Mia together will each take 1 part?

Parts 10, 11, and 12 Together would be done in the time it's taken to do Debbie's tech update story?

All art has been drawn in native 4k for years.
It's been cropped to 4:3 display and reduced on screen resolution before putting it into the game up through v0.20.16. v21.0.0 is now 16:9 display ratio, so no cropping necessary. I think it is reduced to 1920x1080 before adding to current game, however. I have not checked.

Nope. Developer provides the game for free for everyone who wants it straight from their website - no registration, no subscription, no payment. And work on the tech update started 4 years ago, not 2 years. But, yes, 33k paid subscribers per month.

Since DC himself said he never wants to "complete" it, always adding more and more, it's accurate to say the game will never be finished.

Here's the clip (I decided to pull it from the VOD when I read your post). Note his vision of 100, 200, 300 total characters in the game. There is no plan to end the development of this game at any foreseeable time.
