I assume you're playing v21.0.0-wip.6011 in which Anon starts with $10,000 in cash (which you already spent it all - gooning to Jenny a bit too often? You know there is a cookie jar replay gallery that you can use for free, right?) AND $990,000 in the bank. Go to the ATM - as was stated when you started playing that version:

You don't. v21.0.0-wip.6011 is ONLY a preview with very little content migrated over. If you want to play full routes, download v0.20.16.

After making deliveries you need to talk with the shop owner to collect your wages.
