Guys, I can't buy the dress. What can I do to continue the story of the latest update? I spoke only with Diane and then I can't do anything.

Wait for the next update or play the old version before the the tech update!

when i play summer time saga and i talk to any npc it crops the npcs outside of my visible range

How much content missing from new tech vs old, i havent played this in about 3 years so im not even sure how much content was added in pre tech. Also is there a way to unlock all the scenes for new version?

If you played about 3 years ago, you played all the content available in v0.20.16. Look at the splash screen on the main menu to see what is in v21.0.0. You can only unlock what is in v21.0.0 in v21.0.0. The same way as you could in the old version --- clicking the wifi symbol on the in-game cell phone. More at the FAQ: #80,497

I have a save from the previous update. Does this update have only one conversation scene with Diane? I didn't do anything else in this update and it has open note for Debbie.

I haven't played this version. Did you read the changelog?

From the changelog, it looks like what you got is what you get with Diane this version.

What scenes if any change after you get Debbie pregnant? I'm not seeing any way to sexually interact with her while pregnant. Not even like finding her naked in the shower after. Am I missing anything or do these scenes just not exist yet. Can't sleep in bed during pregnancy, lotion scene, ect

What did you do after the conversation with Diane? I can only visit new shop at the mall alone. I can't buy the dress as the quest is telling me to do.

He added pregnancy, but there's no pregnancy sex yet. It's a typical thing they do when they add pregnancy.

Talk to the shopkeeper at Cupid.

If you haven't talked to her alone before, you have to do it again.

I assume by "the following updates" he means not only next the scheduled one in 2 months but he is possibly going to stretch this content out over another update after that.

So we are not getting these missing scenes anytime soon.

Also to clarify, I did read that before and it does not state there were none it states there a many missing. What I want to make sure is that I didn't miss any that were included. Even in the cookie jar some variations don't show up until you have seen them even if you cheat unlock them.

The Debbie pregnancy scenes you want to see aren't in this update. They will be in later updates --- pretty explicitly stated "such as lewd scenes that should trigger around the house once you finished her story and repeatable content."

You "finish" her story when you have Anon get her pregnant. So those "lewd scenes" come later.
