Just because he added a Hindi character to appease one of his patrons doesn't mean the game isn't "coherent" or "lacks vision." That's absurd. Ultimately it was DC's decision to add it in, and regardless of what the character looks like, I'm pretty sure he was going to add the doctor in anyways. It's not like he just threw in a Hindi character that he's never going to touch again.
UH... It could be a while man. DC usually rolls out updates every 3-4 months. I heard some rumors going around about a mini-update for Christmas, but idk if that's actually going to happen or not. So, eta... March/April?
If I remember correctly there was a whole series on their site called "Pornstar Punishment", which featured 'rougher' content (mostly 'revenge-rape' where a guy would 'rape' a woman who wronged him). They don't seem to be available on their site anymore.
I am very doubtful that it isn't. It's not some magical place and it's not grey or black market - it's a legit business. There's things you can't do on Patreon, like incest after all. No one who runs a business based on using credit cards wants to get banned from using them. It doesn't matter what the platform is, you can't legally use CCs for crimes - and rape fantasy, likely dips into grey areas, so if you don't want to risk their wraith, you don't mess around with it. Patreon losing access to CCs would cripple their business model and they aren't going to go to bat over it for some video game. Can't imagine them going to court to argue this and have their name tied with all sorts of nastiness in the headlines.
It was mostly PornstarPunishment stuff as well as a bunch of scenes that featured obvious non consent, (there was one scene on HotAndMean where a chick gets drugged and fucked by another chick), I think one got canned for simulated underage drinking, and there was one that never got released because of actual incest.

I think they were talking about a bug fix patch, like 0.17.2, but I don't think that's going to happen, since most of the bugs we are seeing stem from the mods, not the game. The few that remain are mostly superficial (text or graphical), or easily avoidable (pills).
I have been raped IRL, more than once, not exactly my favorite moments in life, but I moved on, and while I am completely opposed to rape in real life, in almost every form, that is not what this is. Fantasy is not reality. What people enjoy in fiction has nothing to do with what they are going to do in reality most of the time, and the relative few that might, are much less likely to do so if they have another outlet. This is like the whole debate about other forms of violence in video games, most studies show that it doesn't make people more violent, but less so!
