It's already been said months ago that this update of Debbie's art, including pregnancy path, will span across more than one update release. They reaffirmed that in at least one recent picarto stream (see the second video in one of my posts from last week: #84,606).
They specifically state that whatever they have done for Debbie's rework will be put into November's update, but it will not be completed. StrayError states that it "probably doesn't include a whole bunch of loose ends right now." There will be some in November's - but not a significant amount.

Now there are neural networks that seem to be able to impose some kind of filter on a game so that it looks super realistic. I think in a couple of years there will be some pretty cool games that will create content on the fly with neural networks.
I think you're focusing on the wrong thing. The problem with the game is the lack of planning and execution of the plan during the years of development that ended up delaying the project. That said, I think the more there is in the game the better and more believable as a dating simulator it will be, since just like in real life there are a huge number of women who could possibly have a relationship with you depending on how you progress in a relationship with them, for example: acquaintances + positive interactions arising from interactions = possible romantic or sexual interresis.
I've seen many cases of colleagues where friends of the women they had a relationship with mentioned that they weren't their type, physically/in appearance, and that they were convinced to get into a relationship by the guys' words and the way they behaved towards them.
