This is a much of a game, as McDonald's is a fast food place. McDonald's is a real estate business. And this game is a money milking business.

This porn game started the whole milking business of western porn games all the way back in 2016.

This game showed that you can earn big bucks by making And milking porn games. And I mean MAKING them, not finishing them.

I lost count of the amount of porn games that followed after this porn game that did remakes or changed things to make more cash by extending the time to finish a game by years. But it all started here.

It never ends. Let's hope some day this game ends.

For the vast majority of these games, there's no money in it.

One person makes a purchase for what? $10 -$15 bucks? And then everyone else plays for free. I would advise that any person looking to create one of these games, to think long and hard about spending the money to buy assets, or the time to draw your own art. Then I'd think about the time spent compiling the work into Ren'Py, or whatever program you've chosen, because all that time and effort isn't going to be appreciated. That also doesn't include hiring people that may cost you more than you get back from the game you're making.

You're more than likely to have your efforts shit on by people on sites like this, who piss and moan that they didn't get their free stuff fast enough.

Games like this imo, are an exception, not a rule to making money.

Strange, this has incest so why hasn't Patreon banned it yet like everyone else? Oh yeah, I forgot, they make too much money for them to do that (prob $20k a month just in fees) :rolleyes:.

The old version isn't "abandoned." This is no different than going from one version number to the next (ex. v0.19.0 -> v0.20.0). Also, Dark Cookie still owns the IP to all the characters. He's shown in the past that he's willing to protect that IP.

Yes, the full story is not available in v21.0.0 while it remains a preview/work in progress. Content added/modified is scheduled for release every two months until it catches up.

Correct - but if people play the "stable" version of v0.20.16 they need to be aware that their saves will not be compatible with any future version. It's a dead-end play.

Wait, so that tag is obsolete now and should be removed? Damn, I would have been pissed if I actually downloaded this and started playing it while looking for that and wasting my time.

The tag is not obsolete. Mods are available in the first post which modify narrative and dialogue which fulfills that tag. Also, players have the ability to name Debbie, Diane, and Jenny whatever they wish, cobbling together something that resembles that tag. As it has been for the past 6+ years (since v0.15.0) after Patreon suspended their account in late 2017/early 2018 until that content and a couple of other changes were made.

Also, Patreon has shown no hesitance in terminating the creator accounts of top 10 and top 20 adult games for violating guidelines when reported/identified.

That was the first "Visual Novel" I played about a year a go and I played almost 100 of them by now. After that one had wettet my appetite I got "Treasure of Nadia" , "Lust Epidemic" and "Genesis Order" and enjoyed the better graphics. By now I try to avoid those game mechanics where you have to point and click and search for items to proceed.

Too bad that NLT has also started dragging his feet these days. Shucks, guess the Patreon curse got him too.

But if you try to avoid games where you gotta point and click to find stuff, what are you playing? Regular JP visual novels?

That last one is a Honey Select based game, isn't it? I personally prefer Eternum or others of that vein that use modded HS for greater effect.
