No, that is disabled by default in v0.20.16. However, you could follow the links in the first post of the thread to the 3rd party mods to see if any of them make the back button available (I think srksrk68's Naughty Tribute mod makes something possible).

No he was just bad at coding. Dogeek got fired for a multitude of reasons and then only after did they realize how bad the spaghetti code was. It was built in a way that was convoluted, only made sense to him, and the game was barely holding together. So Stray has to make the remaster’s code from scratch. But because of the languid work environment created by DC and the lack of accountability for missing deadlines, the tech update is still unfinished. That’s why what was expected to take 4 months has instead taken nearly 4 years with still no end in sight.
