Depends which version of the game you're playing. That's all that is in the tech update. The previous version has more content.
You're wrong. Nadya and Svetlana have a route. Pink Cyclone and Bridget are the same person, when/if she has a route it'll prob be a mask on/mask off thing.
There are also several other female characters not on the list, he hasn't slept with. Off the top of my head is the librarian, the principle and Annie.
Edit: Checked the wiki and I counted 19 women with no route. 21 if you include the two with only oral.

I've been waiting for Annie route to be added since v16 when I first got into the game. And I remember v18.00 coming out I believe three months later and saw how much Eve was getting her route done. And every time an update happened I got excited. Until v20.16 and the updates just stopped.
Unfortunately, all of the girls with unfinished routes will forever live in hell knowing that they will never get a chance to taste the big cock that the MC has. Maybe it's for the best, considering that the MC dies in the next update anyways. Cause Death wants that big cock for herself.
