You don't understand. Since at least 2017, DC has stated that even whenever the three main goals for the game storyline are coded (2 out of 3 already are in v0.20.16), he is going to continue adding more art, storylines, tweaks, etc.

It's a game that has no end.

Crazy that he still has patreon(s), I was a teen when this game released. Another "brilliant" work marred by greed.

Why DC handing out small updates when there's is a ton of new content in version 20.16 for the tech update why don't he just implement that content to the tech update because it seems that DC wants to draw everything from scratch at the rate he is going

Because people couldn't wrap their heads around Debbie's OLD art being in the NEW tech update.
I'm guessing DC felt pressured into reworking Debbie because of all the complaining.

So here we are.

Try like 10-15%. You need to wait a couple years if you want it near it was before.

Now I have not checked up on this game in quite some time, and I honestly dont know when this happened, so I dont feel like looking through 4K+ pages (even with search).

Can anyone tell me 'why' there is a rework of the game? Wasnt it 'finished' as in, all stories / events done?

You didn't have to look through 4k pages, even with search. You could have simply looked over the previous 2 pages (#2 of the 3 bullets in my signature). Same question answered yesterday.

They added small pieces from teachers stories, main story, and such but mostly its the base beginning...
But since debbie is pretty much finished now i think/hope.
Next should be Jenny's and teachers with garden minigame on the way to be added..
Heck that last one Might even just be pretty much copy-paste from original one..
I imagine you need to wait untill next christmas untill we are in main story part at least.

I think art-wise most of the basic shit is probably finished. Its mostly just coding i think thats taking long time.
And adding events in... He might be expanding the map in the forest for an example a bit.
but i think Art is the least problem for the whole tech-update..
If he had another coder he could probably double or trippled the content added per month...

Nope, not at all, in fact you can say the game only has 10%-ish of content right now.

Dude, wait about this year's christmas and (maybe) about 50% of the original game outside of sex-scene's has been re-added...
The tech update is in full swing.. or STS remake. call it whatever you want.
when it come's to sex scene's... pick a coin and flip it...

about 15%. but to be honest people did whined about debbie a lot so it got a remake/redo..
So now that debbie has (probably) been fixed... i think we'll see some more speed unless people whine about
Jenny a lot too.. or other characters things might look about 50% next christmas... and 100% in 2 christmas from here...(maybe) that is outside of sex scene's....
